2. Take regular breaks from work. Say you’ve been working for 4 hours straight. Most of the time, you will feel awful and start losing focus. This usually happens when you work for hours on end. A change of scenery will help refresh your mind so you can regain your focus and be able to work productively.
3. Hop on a treadmill at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes minimum. You can either watch your favorite series whilst on the treadmill or you can take this as an opportunity to get even more things done. With the help of a desk treadmill, you can get things done like answering to emails and getting updates on your online business even when you’re working out. You just attach one on top of any treadmill (but make sure it’s compatible to your treadmill before buying one).
